I feel that man. My FRS is my dad's hand-me-down after he retired which was already decently set up and anytime I get compliments I would always say thanks but deep down I will acknowledge the car as my dad's car and not my car. He bestowed this car upon me and it is my mission to maintain it.

Damn the fact that jerry is so sincere and said yes I’m 19 and I have a type R but is thanks to my parents, I mean your parents even if they are rich or have a lot of money they don’t have to give you a brand new car or a sports car just a good-reliable car to move, but if my son is a good kid and I have the money or opportunity to make him happy why not ? In my case My latin-asian-Italian family I know my parents have money but they didn’t want to give a me a first car, they wanted me to work for it to know the value of things and all that kind of stuff, and yeah I’m still doing it, I started with a 2010 Mazda 3 GT sedan and now I have a 2017 accord V6 touring and I love it soo much I actually could have bought the 2018 accord 2.0T I loved the 10 speed but not the sound of the engine, is funny when I had my old 2010 Mazda parked outside of my house and my mom with her mercedes GLE43 coupe AMG and my dad with his accord 2.0T touring 🙈🙈

You said you'd talk about it in a future vid. Is that still coming? If not, can you elaborate, as am currently using a base map.

Ok ok, I'm sold. I really wanted to keep the CTR as close to stock as possible. Now I'm gonna jump the gun and get me a DP, Hondata flash pro, and the phearable stage 2 tune. I already have a fmic, PRL hvi, and Borla Atak exhaust. 380ish is my goal so... 😁

I have his phearable stage 3 on accord 2.0 10spd and it also transformed the car. Flooring it below 40mph is useless lol. She'll break traction no issue. Power delivery is smooth but brutal too. Spooked ne a bit first time I gunned it. Keep the good work! Great vids!

I have a 2020 Honda Civic sport and I’m not sure if you have ever done this but I am trying to learn how to drive manual and I have no car or friends to help out. Hey Matt! Learning to drive manual is a very destructive process on cars. I would recommend doing it what I did - going to a bunch of dealerships with a parent or uncle or someone, and test driving a bunch of manual cars and learning that way

I have a 2019 si and was using hondata but the +6psi tune i didn’t like it to much so I just bought a ktuner v2 with the 1.5 pherable tune and love it as well. Just wondering why you went to hondata? I went with hondata because thats recommended by every single tuner for the type r
Interesting that the whistle sound is from the AC. I know on my VW it's due to resonance with the aftermarket open intake, basically air blowing across the diverter valve.
Would love to see some acceleration comparisons of Phearable vs the Hondata tunes provided on your Flashpro. Perhaps using the draggy module.
