Common practice concrete is first placed in the beams and the pour of the slab goes right over without a break No cold joints in the slab.. Wonder why the difference here.
They are pouring the slab and the beams in this video. Did you notice the vibrator? They are vibrating the concrete into the beams. This way it is one monolithic pour of beams an floors, and quite strong. Sure, they could have placed the concrete first in the beams, vibrated, and then 20 minutes later poured the floors, but doing the reverse order is going to make little difference when it is all poured in such a short time.
This is an unusual pouring where a compactor has been use and the sequence of conc. distribution is different i'm afraid if there is an engr or architect who supervising that activity. What shame

That kind of concrete mixture is to much coarse aggregates prone to honeycomb. How they can finished it properly it is to dry.
