played 4 games of rell, shes actually hella fun
Looks like she plays like a Dota hero now! Really good changes to make her kit more flexible, the old E was kinda win-more but giving her an MS spell compliments her playstyle really well and moving the extra CC to the Q makes that spell much more impactful too. Gj Rito, this is cool.

This, many people ping that i haven't done much in lane, and I have to remind them rell isn't that great in lane, she gets countered by half the roster. However she's great in teamfights! Forcing lane on her is a quick way to feed the enemy. i just love that senna into rell is unplayable for senna most the time.
Rell in lane is pretty good right now. It's only against certain champs that she struggles.

I got this skin and mastery seven on Rell on the same day( this skin is the best Rell skin). The hotfix buff really helped her she is a champion now. Also she obliterates other engage champs and makes shields irrelevant

Rell is Good now besides the FKn Q CASTTIME, they have to change that to be like 30% faster atleast thats disgustinly slow
If it was any faster it would be such an easy hit confirm on the w, it needs a little bit of dodgeability imo
