TPMS is sensor for tyre pressure monitoring. For any technician to troubleshoot the issue, they have to check all the electricals for sure. Be it tata be it BMW. Sensors won't be available at the service centre. Coming to the service centre issue, we won't take the car to the service centre every single day. Car will be on road for most of the time and that's when safety is important. Baring service center issues is far far better than compromising on safety and build quality. Who ever is going for cars with bad build quality and safety rating, hope you get this point.

Firstly, his choice of car is wrong. When he travels 60-80 KM daily, he should prefer diesel car(mileage plus performance). Secondly, the service you get for your car is twice to thrice in a year. You can bear that experience by having a highly safe car. Never look for such service comforts at the cost of your lives. Good job Ravi.

It is very big issue.... Need to address this situation very seriously
I'm having TATA Nexon petrol, it's giving 14 to 15 kmpl in City, in highway 18kmpl in sports mode.
Same with my vehicle too.

I got TATA Punch Creative automatic which cost around 11 lakhs, on Nov 2nd week. I met with an accident too. I really had a bad experience with Service as well as Tata Motors. I left the car for 2 months and on the date of delivery ABS is not working, and the Door request sensor is not working even though the car was not washed properly while I got delivered. I really felt bad to choose this vehicle. Ridiculous reasons from the dealership.

@@hariharish1545 Yes bro. After spending lumpsump and not getting support when issue occurs. Every customer gets angry. Unfortunately these type of dealers are surviving India.In western countries, dealership gets cancelled if the customer issues are not addressed within the SLA.

Dealers py supervision ledu. Anduke ela vundi. Maruthi dealers vallu vaniki potharu, villasalu pattinchukoru. Lopam ekkadundi? Tata dealers ni anadam waste. Its my opinion. Tata cars.. super cars but no service, customers ki em cheyalo theliyani paristithi.
You are right. It doesn't make sense to see dealers and Tata separately. It's the responsibility of Tata Motors to ensure best customer service.

The initial air/fuel mixture is richer for some reasons to facilitate engine break-in, and it's only after the 1st or 2nd service that the engine gets fine-tuned by the service engineer, leading to improved fuel economy. Just wanted to help clarify that for your viewers!
New car mileage can increase after the service due to several factors -> 1. Engine Break-In Period, 2. Oil and Filter Change, 3. Adjustment and Tuning, etc....

One more thing I have observe that when my car buyed meliage is 16 but now my car meliage is 21 after running car 5 thousand km I got these meliage. Service person said me new vechile MELIAGE less after running around 5 thousand kms it will improve you car meliage

Service & Sales are bad i will say ..
1. Wiper water was not sprikling on the windshield. They have opened the water tank inside bonet and checked everything ... they said issue with the pump motor issue inside the wiper water tank.. that has to replace with warranty.. They said it takes a week to get the part to the service center.. so i said let me know once the part came to the showroom.
After 1 week followed up from myside and the part is recieved to the service center in 10days. They asked me to come to the showroom which is 55kms far from my place. Where i have purchased the car have only sales , there is no service.
So i spoke to the service center that i need spend around 1500 rupees for fuel, i f you give me that fuel expences definately i will deposit my time and come to the service center. They didn't agreed for that So finally i have filed a complaint to TATA MOTORS. I got responce after raised a complaint through email.
Service center mechanic came on bike to my native to replace the water tanker motor.
He opened the bonet and tried to remove the attachment of the wiper water pipeline.... 😒😞☹️🙁Now the ultimate thing here issss Just the pipe rolled in one place which is cause for the issue... since the pipe is rolled the water is getting struck there and the water not coming out from the windshield wiper nossels...
🙁THIS IS HOW THE TATA SERVICE😔
This is leterally happened.. then the issue is resolved once the pipe set in right direction by just moving it to a right flow direction... They took back their new wiper water tank which brough for replacement without installing because its not required...
Taken a sign for some acknowledgement paper that the issue has resolved...
This is happened with Nizamabad Tata service center and i bough the car from a Kamareddy Tata showroom which is subsidery showroom of nizamabad branch...
2. As you mentioned about discount on insurance exactly same happened for me.. They mentioned 40,000 for insurance cost but actual price for the insurance is 28,000. Then i raised complained for the same and they returned my amount back in phonepe. I got otp to my mobile for taking insurance on my car which has raised by sales person and in the otp message its 28000 then i understand they cheated me on it.. Ofcourse they returned after complained.

Recent first service lo same model with issue. Manam Oka issue cheppithe 2 issues add avuthunaye service ke vellithe. Naa gear koncham hard ante. Complete play ke set chesaru.

Ok leave about MID, I drove my TATA Tiago XZ+ around 260kms ( I have proof in my google maps timeline) with 11 litres of petrol on highway with an average of 90kmph with AC always ON....it all depends on how u drive ur car

@@subbu707 I would say...you can go for it.....in Bangalore i didn't face any service related issues..... everything was perfect....best in this segment for family... about ride quality...this is my first car and it is superb...i rode my frnds cars as well but i felt Tiago experience was much better on highways

But My suggestion is please check once your self.
You are always promoted to Tata cars upto I think last 2months before.
I seen in ur video something happened to you with Tata. Then immediately shifted to Hundai, wolkswagan, MG and even maruthi (you purely against maruthi earlier).
It may be 1 issue or 1person behaviour or your business things..
But it's not the right way that you are doing videos now.
It will go off your reputation.

In 2024, Tata punch has upgraded the engines. These issue might resolved.
Some times I feel my Ritz VDI is better continue to use instead of going to new hatchbacks. Milage wise 23 to 28 on highway. 18 to 20 in bumper traffic. But yes I agree safety wise always TATA..
