Simple and Easy guide to understand how to make labels for onsite construction jobs. Basic labels on wiring installation jobs include wire flag, wire wrap and at times labelling the patch panel. We will not accept hand written markings on the end location or at the patch panels.

I have never been this excited about a label maker
As a small child playing with Gi Joes.....never thought I'd produce a video about a label maker but Love these! Standard for our techs....choose a brand that works for you!!
Pity that the flag print does not leave a vertical mark in the exact center of the flag, it would help in positioning. The printer software may foresee this.

I was really hoping you would show a trick to attach the flag label nicely aligned. Time is money I guess and a little bit skewed is okay.

Not sure Dymo could have made the orange harder to read if they tried
We just tried to buy 3 more.....hard to find.....looks like we are moving to another brand soon.....a techs have the same label maker..helps in projects!

We stick with their tapes....the knock offs give various streaks from time to time! :(
