Good afternoon dear Tanmay & Aunty - Oh wow this is Suji Balls . I mistook this to be baby potato roast in your TP vlogs 😀 Very innovative dish 👌 The initial steps look like that or a Rava Upma ..Wow loved the way Aunty made the Suji balls . Excellent tip to cover the Suji balls with a lid so that there is no evaporation or water . Unique way of steaming the SB 👌👌 Time for tempering the SB to elevate it to the next level. I prefer Ven Pongal with chutney for breakfast . Brilliant way to temper the SB 💯💯💯 Uncle is the official taster of CP dishes . Uncle thoroughly enjoyed the SB . The final product looks simply fab , bouncy , fluffy , airy and has trapped all the aromats from the cooking process . Will make this one for sure next week and send you a pic . Not sure of if would be on lines with Aunty’s dish ; nonetheless will give it a shot for sure . As such we make semolina based Idlis at home . Was the chutney a regular coconut chutney . Somehow I missed that part . This was a fabulous one and what I call as a “Fatafat- Mazeedaar breakfast” 💯💯💯 Hats off to Aunty . Thoroughly enjoyed this vlog .
