    If I have a "story on my application" in where all my activities and major are related, my drive is different and my story is what you would call rare Would I be considered to enter?

      Hi Erika, we are not admissions officers, therefore, we cannot make that decision, but if you're interested in learning more about your application "story" or theme, we recommend checking out our other video about admissions themes: czcams.com/video/NzQIWuflbE0/video.html or visiting our blog for more information.

    So I calculated my academic index and it was weak but on the cusp of below average, however the major I'm applying for is not nearly as well known and Penn is trying to recruit more people for it, do you think they would still throw out my application?

    i am studying in the IB curriculum can you please tell on what basis will the academics will be judges

    • @CollegeVine
      @CollegeVine  Před 2 lety

      If you're applying internationally then you'd most likely be considered against students from your home country. The IB curriculum would help though, because it'll likely be seen as more rigorous and it'll be more familiar to admissions officers.

    If I'm applying to the Huntsman Program, which undergraduate school essay prompt will I be responding to? Wharton or Arts and Sciences?

    • @CollegeVine
      @CollegeVine  Před 4 lety

      Hi Ray, according to UPenn's website, you'll need to write an essay on one of the Penn-specific prompts, as well as an essay specifically for the Huntsman program. You can read more here: admissions.upenn.edu/admissions-and-financial-aid/what-penn-looks-for/essays
