I wonder how the prevalence of premature Atrial and/or junctional contractions/complexes compares with that of PVCs ?
(in ordinary screening or walk in EKGs in presumably healthy subjects)

At about 8:00 minutes, mentioning maximal exercise testing, is it true that most treadmills as found in cardiologist's practices or labs cannot max out an elite runner?

could the tendency to produce PVCs on the EKG or Holter be associated with the athlete having an overtraining syndrome type problem or "raced out" ? "Surmenage"

Yes, it is possible that overtraining or "racing out" could be associated with an increased tendency to produce PVCs on an EKG or Holter monitor. As mentioned above, overtraining can lead to physical and mental fatigue, which may affect the functioning of the heart and potentially lead to PVCs. However, it is important to note that the relationship between overtraining and PVCs is not well-studied, and more research is needed to understand this potential connection. If you are an athlete experiencing overtraining symptoms, it is important to speak with a doctor to determine the best course of treatment.
