- Strawberry cake with vanilla cream

Ingredients for the cake:
3 eggs
150 grams of sugar
A quarter of a teaspoon of vanilla
150 grams of flour
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
4 tablespoons of liquid oil
2 tablespoons of warm water
Ingredients for making vanilla cream:
250 grams of milk
1 egg yolk
Corn starch 1 tablespoon
Sugar 2 tablespoons
A quarter of a teaspoon of vanilla
Separate the yolks and whites of the eggs.
We beat the egg whites with half of the sugar until they form completely and do not fall out of the container when we turn the container.
Mix the egg yolk with vanilla and the rest of the sugar until it becomes creamy, clean the container several times so that the ingredients are completely mixed and the cake does not smell like eggs after baking.
Now add the beaten egg whites little by little to the ingredients.
Mix the flour and baking powder together and add to the cake ingredients and stir slowly and in a circular motion so that the puffiness of the ingredients does not disappear.
Grease the mold (the size of the mold is 26 cm), pour the cake ingredients into the mold and put it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 25 minutes.
When the cake has cooled, take it out of the mold.
for vanilla cream; Mix sugar and starch together and add cold milk little by little and stir the ingredients until it is uniform. Now add the egg yolk.
Put it on low heat, stir constantly until the raw smell of starch is removed and the ingredients reach the consistency of porridge. Turn off the heat until the vanilla cream cools down, stir until it does not harden on the cream, then add the vanilla and pour the cooled vanilla cream on the cake.
Cut the strawberries in half, place the strawberries on a paper towel to drain, then place on top of the vanilla cream.
