This video really shows just how evil the music industry is. Almost everyone on this list was in their prime at the time of their MTV Cribs debuts. Most had already sold millions of albums and was at the top of their game, and yet had nothing to show for it and had to lie to the public about their wealth to make it seem like they had more than they actually did. Meanwhile, all of the music executives that “supposedly” made them rich are probably the ones that own these extravagent homes because all of that money from album sales and touring has to be going somewhere, right?
