He was only able to sell this house for $2.9 Million in 2019 and it looks much different now than it did back then of course as time went on, renovations were made. He attempted to sell it for years with noone interested in his asking price which was I believe somewhere around $10 million
50 Cent bought the house for $5.5 million in 2003
Owned it for 14 years and spent $700,000 a year on upkeep.
Listed for $18 million and couldn’t get a sale.
Finally sold it for $2.9 million and donated the money to his own charity.
