Trenching around the slab is always best. Without termites drilling will not be necessary. Just make sure to soak the bath trap and around any other plumbing to make sure termites do not come up through there. Drilling is only recommened where you have gaps in the slab (such as multiple pour or driveway situations).
    Hope this helps.

    Hi Yan,
Termidor can be made into a foam and injected into the wall if you have the right equipment. That would provide the protection of your unit that you are looking for. It generally is only used when there is an active infestation though.
It may be best to have a pest control company come out and inspect your home to make sure they have not infested.
    Best,
    Solutions

    Hi Jazzerun,
Termidor and Fipronil in general will last about 3 times as long as premise when treating for termites. There is also the domino effect that you mentioned but with Termidor it is much slower so as to allow the whole colony to be eradicated.
The major problem with Premise is in moist soils it will break down much faster. We generally recommend Premise or Dominon 2L (generic equivalent) for arid environments, and Termidor or Taurus SC (generic equivalent) for humid environments

First, I'm no expert but it appears to be that you have a brick construction or brick veneer on concrete slab. You really don't need this trench method it wastes a lot of product since termites shouldn't be able to enter your house. If you had a siding with lower part of the sole plate showing, you may need this type of barrier. But spraying with a pump sprayer would be just as effective - I would just spay the concrete slab and go up about a foot on the brick as a preventive measure.

How to treat the back-fill? You have 6 inches of dirt to put back. Im guessing the the termites have the green lite to come on in. A small portion of the 6 inches at the bottom will absorb some of the stuff, but not all 6 inches. I just wonder how how many gallons to use for 5 feet long, 6 inch deep back-fill. Sorry pal bad video but hey prove me wrong.

The first link is going to be to an article on our website with information regarding termites, and how to treat for them. The other two links are to products listed in the article that can be used indoors. Please keep in mind that these products are not to be used as broadcast treatments in your home, but for crack and crevice treatment. Please also refer to the label for instructions before you apply them in your home. If you have any additional questions, reach out to us on our website or email us at AskAPro@solutionsstores.com
