I've had voice/text chats off for almost 4 solid months and I still get "your recent communication behavior is not in line with how most overwatch players communicate" messages every so often. Like how am I abusing the communication if I don't even communicate to begin with? XD
Another way is anytime you feel like saying anything toxic, replace it with "ok" no matter what, even if the enemy team is trying to get you started just say "ok" it's what I do atleast.
