The opponents stop it most of the time and Triple Tactics Talent is very annoying. It is probably better to keep in the deck, but I think it is fine to play without it sometimes
@@auctaway There are times when I have a lot of that difficulty and I don't want to play games. Therefore, I try to refrain from raising the rank if possible. It's not good for your health if you keep getting stressed from playing games.
Thanks for the plays! Do you have any advice on how to get better? I play almost daily but still feel like I do stupid mistakes sometimes (and most of the time notice them immediately after it) I really want to improve but it's just so hard against the current meta.
I would suggest just playing patiently and thinking about your plays before you make them. It's also very important to review losses and see why you lost. Obviously there are games you can't win when it comes to decks like Mathmech, draw phase Maxx "C", and so on but often a change in sequencing can change how a game goes. Choosing to play Striker is willingly choosing to play a weak deck, so you also shouldn't have the highest hopes when it comes to success. It is very dated when compared to modern card design. Promethean Princess in particular is a very big problem for Striker and FIRE decks in general have too many unfortunate interactions. It is important to just try to improve as much as possible even if some matchups and games are unwinnable.
@@auctaway Thanks. I actually do review a lot of my matches and see my mistakes. Due to the timer I often feel stressed out and act too fast. Funnily on paper I'm a lot better so it has to be that. Also yeah, I know Striker isn't the strongest but it's the most fun for me. It's interactive and I don't have to remember a 5 minute combo. Yes, Snake Eyes, Tearlaments and other fire stuff are terrible opponents to me. I almost always lose against them. I try to keep on improving.
@@makenaiyomi1083 In the case of Tear, you could try things like saving Ash for your turn in case they have Maxx "C" or Havnis. It's unfortunate if they mill a shuffler as that can often be the deciding factor in the game. Snake-Eye can also be very rough, but I feel it is winnable if you have an answer to Maxx "C" and a way to deal with the Princess in grave. It's unfortunate that these matchups are decided by these factors, but all the excessive advantage off one card combos in the game leads to situations like this.
@@auctaway Currently I run cards like Called by and Crossout as Maxx C answer. I also play Shark Canon and Soul release because there's many Horus players and it's also good against Tear, Fire Kings and Snake Eyes.
I personally would only play the deck as a blind second deck because there are too many cards you want to run that only do anything going second. Some people have success with going first and I would not recommend it, but if it works for them I won't argue with it.
