You have a great story, this is the reason I would have gone to a good B school but I didn't know it back when I was prepping for CAT. My coaching teachers made me memorize the answer to the question, "why MBA?", an answer that wasn't mine. That day I decided to drop out until someday when I would have a good enough reason to pursue this. I feel a lot of youngsters today are like my past self, singing up for MBA for all the wrong reasons. If I ever decide to pursue it again (I really don't know if I will), it will be because I want to spend time with people from diverse backgrounds, people who are better than me in a lot of ways and grow alongside them. It's really amazing that you knew your reasons right from the beginning. 😀

Hi, can you tell me why should I take MBA? You are experienced and know a lot.
I'm a really introvert type of person, who hate public speaking, don't take presentation, doesn't know what they wanna do in future, not creative. I have 3 choices to take Science, Commerce and Arts. I know that I wanna take commerce because i want to be in that business field to have a overview of everything and learn the basics of business but after that what should I do? Like should I straight away go for MBA or have to give a exam or job experience. I'm really confused and I'm being true to myself.

I think the students at ISB are more entitled. I went to recruit at ISB and IIM Indore. The candidates at IIM Indore were more humble, talented and waiting for challenges compared to ISB mohali. Compared to IIM it is still a rich kid school .

I don't think we need business schools in today's time. So much of good stuff is coming everyday online. Thanks to you and Ranveer allahabadia I kind of feel I am on right path. Really grateful. 🙏

Sir but due to this covid situation, it might not be that effective as it used to be during normal offline classes. Because there is little chance that you communicate freely as it used to be during offline classes. Well, thank you so much for sharing your journey.😇

I just wanna ask that what is the difference according to you in doing MBA in finance from top B-School and doing CFA which is core finance professional course. I'm confused between the both.
