I love how Asher took his time to give her kisses and stuff. My niece is like that, she will not do something she is uncomfortable with, and she will clearly communicate that, then she usually wants to figure it out on her own. My brother says it makes it really easy, because she has such a clear idea in her head of her needs and how she needs to approach something. I love seeing this assertiveness and communication in kids. It's so healthy.
I cried so much whenAsher arrived in this world, I cried even more more for Violet. You deserve so much these two angels. Good luck Asher, being the older one is a gift but also many responsibilites!
She looks like one of those babies in a movie that you know is definitely like 5 months old. She is seriously one of the cutest newborn babies I have ever seen. Don't tell my kids.
Jaclyn I don't even have to tell you but I will. You are so blessed. The way you love your babies the way you love your family is just so beautiful I got emotional watching this. I think the best thing that will guarantee a woman ending up this happy and loved is the love of a good father and I think you landed one of the best. I was so emotional seeing you instantly fall so in love with your beautiful daughter but your dad coming in to his baby girl having her baby girl just put me over the emotional edge. She is just stunning and her name somehow suits the shape of her eyes so perfectly. That may make no sense but I see it lol. Congratulations it couldn't happen to a more deserving girl. Soak up and enjoy every little bit of that new baby goodness! 💜

Congratulations! She's beautiful! One word of advice, though. No master how tempting it is, DO NOT lump her birthday in with Christmas. We did that with my daughter when she was younger and she resented it. She didn't tell me this until she was in her 20s. Love to you all! 💜💜💜

December 12th birthday here and I can’t agree more. I’ve had beef with Christmas my whole life.
My brother's bday is December 19 and we always celebrate it... he does say it sucks that his bday is super close to Christmas but we always ask him beforehand how he wants to celebrate and cook his favorite foods (cooking is our family's love language) to ensure his birthday and Christmas don't overlap and feel like two different celebrations. Don't know if that made sense lol but that's what we do!

2nd; high risk C-section at 39wks and uterine wall was so thin they could see through it like a window.

She's so alert! I know all baby expressions are just them figuring out how to move and reactionary to various stimuli, but it's also so hard to not question the validity of that when you see a brand new baby react to the voices shes used to like they're old pals.
