I can't remember anything you have taught by the end of the video, Am I wasting my time? What's the point of learning if I can't retain anything. I hate not being able to retain what I read and study but I have no problem remembering stuff I'd rather forget. It's these things that will drive students to not want to learn.

You have to figure out your best way of learning. Try writing down notes since audio is not working for you.
