- Tell me the truth! That is one of my lines and the truth is that we struggled a little bit on the patio pour on this job. We rubbed a few squares pretty good. It turned out nice but we were as dry as the concrete and tired at the end of the day. Enjoy!
Francisco and Eric are earning the pay! They might be late every once and a while but overall ideal employees. Hope they are rewarded for the dependability. They’ve definitely stepped up to the plate the past 6 months.
I agree ,,,but they are getting paid to work isnt that reward enough ! And Ryan gives they hours even if they arent doing concrete work !

Good morning. I hope everyone is doing good. We did have a couple of rough days in a row but I made some changes that I believe will help which you will see in future videos. Just to clarify since a few people have asked me. The picture framing on the edges of the patio was NOT on the contract and I was not obligated to do it. I told him we would just to be nice. The concrete was past the point of getting the impression and I was unable to complete it. I called him and told him right away and he was completely fine with it. He was very satisfied and is planning on having us back in the spring to replace his driveway. Have a great weekend!

Ryan, when I worked for a big plumbing company we used to build a 2x4 box around the tub drain and fill it with sand. Box was about 8x12" s .That allowed room to dig in a 2" p trap😊 .

Hats off to Marcel for pushing through the pain on a rough day when y'all really needed him. He's really stepped up this year and has been doing an fantastic job! Daryl better watch out or he'll be SOL once Bugs gets back next week! I think he's pretty lucky as it is that you didn't find someone with an open schedule to drive the trucks PT.
I think all the guys should go get the cdl to help out. Gives the team a better chance to keep things flowing no matter what.

Well Marcel was doing ok in the beginning, but he's calling out almost every other week. And Darryl just keeps taking advantage of his friendship he has with Ryan. Really sad Ryan has to go through this.

I've noticed a pattern so far the past two seasons it's the same old thing with Daryl he starts out gets fired halfway through the season and then rehired at the beginning of the next season
