One ive done with foes weak to freeze is a stunlock combo of boltblaster, warrior bow & grapple. If you have good timing and accuracy, you can keep some enemies in a near perpetual stun state. Was how i farmed tremortusk, well... tusks. Combat flow can get really interesting with the grapple strike l
that's a pretty solid combo! I've never really spent much time with warrior bows, but I know they're awesome at dealing elemental damage. I'll need to give this one a try!
@@chazmatazzgames they do a lot of build up real fast so thats where they really shine. That and against those like Slitherfang with the 5 arrow ability

Yeah smoke bombs are really op like they can hela you in any situation and helps you deal a LOT of damage. I hope they nerf it a little bit in horizon 3 but still has smoke bombs in the game!
I know what you mean about nerfing them cause they're almost *too* powerful, but I also kind of hope they don't :) I think putting Aloy instantly in stealth is probably a bit too much, but that's also just because stealth is so powerful. I feel like if anything, they'll probably end up nerfing that
Iâm on 2000+ hours on this game now. Itâs definitely my favourite game. Iâm curious to know what you think about the combat extensions in the DLC.
2,000 Hours?! That's quite an accomplishment! I recently clicked over 1,000 hours and thought that was good đFor the most part, I really like everything they did with the Burning Shores. Everything they added really seemed to fit within the story and the overall mechanics they already had. Melee is still one of the weaker parts of the combat (for me at least), but hopefully that's something we'll see expanded even more in Horizon 3

What are peopleâs thoughts on the POWER melee mess in Thornmarsh (is there a trick Iâm missing) ? Iâm also curious about peopleâs personal experiences on using the weapon that acts like a boomerang (canât remember the name rn).

Do u have a video about types of arrows ? Sometimes I see the same arrows but they have an additional symbol like a clock
I donât have a video specifically about that, but thatâs a great idea! Iâll do a little research and look into the possibility. Iâm not entirely sure, but I think the arrow youâre referring to is probably a targeting hunter arrow. Theyâre used to tag a specific target for a mount to focus in on (aka mostly useless)
IMO slide has more I-Frames and a more forgiving window to avoid plasma damage. I tend to do a slide dodge and hit dodge during my slide as I think I might take the hit. Seems to work 9 times out of 10 even in the heat of battle.
Iâll need to try this out with the slide dodge. I typically just like to get a bit of a running start, but youâre right about the I-frames on the slide, so definitely makes sense that it would work and would probably be easier for most people to pull off

4:17 is the grappler strike skill burning shores exclusive? i have a ps4 so i canât get the dlc, and iâve never seen that in the game
This is late but to answer your question, yes grapple strike is dlc exclusive
Warrior bows instead of bolts blasters with crit coils fast rate of fire and you are not fixed and dodge mechanic is better
Do you guys play on Ultra Hard level? I've reached Forbidden West playing ultra but resigned before investing more time. Couldn't really enjoy the game :P Maybe the next playthough. I wonder what your thoughts are though. Now, playing on Hard level it's way too easy for me :P Bummer we can't change the difficulty during the game. Or can we?
you can change difficulty in options menu at anytime
