i’m a big kelsey and cody fan but some of these takes or suggestions are pretty insensitive to a lot of relationships. i feel like the timing, boundaries, and rules of a relationship should be set by the people in it, and as long as it works for them, who cares? breaks are often recommended by professionals, i don’t think they are bullshit at all. it all sounds very specific to your guys’ own couple of experiences, but you are relaying them as if they are facts or statistics. kinda cringe :/

This is dangerous advice from someone who is not clinically trained. I previously loved this podcast and really don’t want to stop listening but this was a red flag that I will receive bad advice and fake therapy from an influencer that has no credentials.
