Yessir!

Thanks for the support!
can you make a video about making layups over taller defenders
i pressed this one so quickly 😂💯
Deadlift and squat are great, lower body exercises, but people drastically underrate how much value there is in single leg strength exercises. Split squats, Bulgarian squats, all those variations where you have to balance and put power into one leg or even more important for basketball.
So how am I gonna use that strength? What’s the skills?
Create space off a bump
I'm 175pounds and I don't go to gym, but I move 200 pounds dude under the basket with ease
I don't know what level you're at But you'll need to get in the weight room eventually
@@brianturner4760 i was thinking about it, but it's already too late for me
how would i use that strength to my advantage
Use your momentum to create contact like a bump, in the paint or the mid range for a shot or lay
You can go where you want to go, you won’t get the ball taken from you as often, you’ll be able to finish and dribble through contact much more easily, you’re going to be much more injury proof, and probably a dozen more things.
I got shut down by somebody who's 6 inches taller than me today.
If you can become more shifty and mabye, sell your eyes as well. Itll be harder
Try learning the iverson and you will se some improvement
be as physical as possible and bump into thier chest while going up for a layup with your shoulder
@@cantguardprince2737works everytime ong
Be deceptive with your eyes, get low and shift them. If they are slow, drive or shoot over them. If they are twitchy, do a double move. Use pace and your speed to your advantage, be physical and use your off arm as well.
