I love this type of scary movie because of the cast. Joe Torry, David Alan Grier, Paula Jai Parker, Brandon Hammond, Clarence Williams iii, Samuel Monroe Jr and the late Lamont Bentley from Moesha. They’re all talented black people. This scary movie has a strong message to it about scary life situations.
Yes 🙏🏽 thank you. This cast has such a range and variety. I loved the horror hood genre most people will never see that stuff IRL but for us who do it’s definitely effective and works as horror just a more personal kind.
I liked this film, it highlights that there are issues on all sides that needs to be dealt with, but the sequels get both goofir and more preachy and one sided with each entry. Also didn't know you were a veteran. Thank you for your service
Let's be clear, there is nothing funny about domestic abuse. However David Alan Grier hopping the stairway banister was absolutely hilarious in an otherwise very serious scene.
