I've personally noticed the double tap is better when you are in "AR" range or close. It's been better used once I realized that.
Havent seen your videos in awhile, but this felt like vintage iTemp Apex. Fun and playful solo player commentary. Hope we continue to get more of this!

im on alc but recently made it more like linear at just about 4-3 sens with a very small extra pitch adn yaw and I love it

Ballistic, Fuse, and Newcastle or Gibraltar would be one of the best character combos ever
4-3 linear is elite 💪🔥🔥 switched to it about a month ago and feel like a different player

I might try these settings, I’ve never really felt comfortable with my sensitivity in apex and this doesn’t seem like the usual make sense suggestion you get for controller, of course if your like jankz and your beaming with whatever wacky settings you got going on u do u

Yo, nice video. What deadzone did you use when playing on linear? I use an Elite Series 2, and find that the natural deadzone of the controller makes linear really hard to keep a steady aim.

Try large out, I actually hit my shots a lot better since changing to large dead zone on a Scuf reflex.

I feel the hate for Estates. It's just worse Skulltown with less loot and everyone thinks the game will be fun if 40 people land there and have a Mozambique and fist fight while everyone else wastes every armor swap they can find until anybody with a good gun has no ammo, because the people blowing through the armor swaps got a magazine and five types of ammo. I just quit and load a new lobby when I see us heading there and the mini map is completely red 😂
1million percent agree with rich i hate landing at estates i dont mind landing close by looting up then pushing into estates but landing there is pure chaos
They’re terrified to give us a decent cooldown for Pathy’s Tac, so they gave us free ziplines instead 😂
I can’t do it. Been trying to get use to Linear for years but I get motion sickness when playing on that setting. Too sensitive for me I guess lol

Titanfall 2’s grapple pilot had 2 grapples, I don’t know why they didn’t include it in Apex Legends. The longer zipline is good, but 2 grapples would be better
Probably because 1 grapple is already super strong in a game like apex. Everyone isn’t running around wall running, bhopping, and double jumping like titanfall
@@BANANA42k Yes they are. Everyone on pc bhops, Octane can double jump, and now, Revenant will be able to wall run

I've been playing 4 3 linear for a few weeks now and I'm better with guns I'm usually not great with and not so great with my usual weapons

Me iTemp if you press L2 on top of your gun in your inventory you can swap them over like how PC can

I hate landing estates. I always land with either no gun and a bunch of nades, ammo, attachments, or get 1 gun, no ammo, gray sniper mag for my light/heavy gun, and white floor loot armor.😶. Hate it.
Double tap is a waste of ammo, in my opinion. Unless you're no scoping up close, or in smg range.

I’m so average at apex i try my best to be a sweaty wraith main, I’ve been on 4-4 classic till 3 days ago I’ve stuck with linear it’s so much better I’m 1 clipping everyone!

I can't get into 4-3 linear, it's the ramp-up speed that I can't deal with, it just feels so sluggish. Is there anything you can do to remove ramp-up on your aim without going into a ALCs? Currently ALCs are what I use and honestly it feels just like 4-3 linear minus the ramp-up but I know it's not exactly linear
if you play on console linear doesnt feel good compared to pc, but on pc its normal that it feels responsive more raw

I had 4/3 in the beginning and i was killed in a shoulder to shoulder fight all the time. Since couple months i play 6/5 and that's the best one 4 me

What is the difference between linear and classic though? It really gives no description past "you'll be using linear controls" and I'm like "That's cool, so we'll shoot in straight lines but it'll also feel wack but not really? Why change from what I know then?
If you go into alc controls and go to the response curve. Liner would be no curve. Just a flat slope. Classic would be a slight curve. This would make slight tilts less sensitive and mid lean tilts a little faster to catch back up. So it comes down to how you handle micro movements.
ive been on 4-3 linear for so long with alcs and idk if its because of alcs but i feel very average

AA feels stickier close range with Linear but long range is a very weird adjustment
Just turn it off entirely
That’s just your aim, takes a lil getting used to but started being able to beam easier than when I used to

Depends on ainda, better aim the mastiff is better
I'm guessing you're playing with small deadzone? Try going no deadzone, you'll be able to control recoil better even though there'll be stick drift. But it's a good trade off imo.
So the reason I've thrown away so many controllers stick drifting is because my dead zone is so low

I play with an elite 2 controller and get stick drift on 4-3 Linear. Any tips?
My tip is to get used to stick drift. There is no point in playing linear unless you use no or a very small deadzone. Take some time to get used to it. Stick drift is actually very good for tracking. Sure it moves when your thumb is off the stick, but you have immense control when your thumb is on

Small deadzone, advice from a top 5% console player who also uses an elite 2, these controllers are terrible, switch to another one with paddles as soon as you get the chance

I was 5/5 then 4/3 now 3/3. Tactical settings with r3 being crouch so I don't have to move thumbs for crouch shuffling and shooting.

My setting are turn off aim assist on controller I do not recommend unless you die so often you can just blame not having aim assist but once you turn it back on you’ll wreck shut down
Absolutely terrible advice. Aim assist is broken, turn it back on unless you have a morale issue with it.

I can't describe it, but the gunfights in this settings look more... thrilling? The gameplay seems a bit more energetic and faster to watch, it's fun.
