Would be nice if you get the Dunu Vulkan. I really want to know you opinion about the Vulkan bass.
Definitely a set I want to check out. I've seen a lot of Vulkan fans. 🙂
I will say the one good thing about the right angle connection. You can't yank it out of your deck perfect example you have it on your desk and it slides off your desk falls to the floor it yanks it out of your your DAC or your dap or whatever it is The right angle won't allow it to do that but you're right the right angle is kind of funky. But I'd love to know and I'll take this little niggle just because I love them...
Also with a BA for bass they're much faster than a dynamic driver simply because of the air that has to be pushed through a dynamic driver and a BA you do not have to do that so that's one reason that the base on a BA sounds different faster but with a dynamic driver it's not as punchy in this role

How is this compared to Xenns Top? I already have the top, is it different enough to that to spend another 600$ to keep this as well in the collection?

This set's reign appears to have ended. I know this isn't a competition, but how does Celest Phoenixcall compare to this set? However, this is an excellent review.

Pheonixcall has more treble detail, but has worse treble timbre and is much brighter. More bass and better bass on the mk2. Mids are far better on the mk2, vocals especially. Stage and imaging are better on the mk2. (All of this is by memory though 😅)
