Thanks so much! I spent some time in Sicily around 20 years ago and just found my deck but had forgotten how to play. Now I’m going to teach my family :)

Addition: When for instance there is a 10 (King) on the table + a 6 and a 4 or what ever combinationn with the value 10 like a 7 + 3 and you have a 10 (King) in your hand you have to take the 10 (King) and it is not allowed to take the 6+4 or the 7 +3 or what ever in order to get 2 or more cards for the trick..
Plays a huge tactical role in order to defend a 7 laying on the table. With laying a 10 or 9 or 8 on table while there is already a 7 as well, then the seven can´t be taken in combination with a 1 or 2 or 3 with a 8, or 9 or 10, because the already on the table lying 8 or 9 or 10 has to be taken first.

Thanks for the video! We've been playing the game a while now, but we have trouble deciding how the game point is decided. What order and when are the points counted?
Who counts points first? The dealer, or otherwise?
I hope you see this comment and can enlighten me
    Thank you and take care.

Got a Scopa deck at Christmas. I am a complete novice, but we love to get new games. I must say, I'm a little intimidated...

What happens if players end up with the same total amount of cards and coins?

You're even. No one gets the point.
And, if both of you have 2 "seven" and 2 "six", you are even in the Primiera as well...

The cards are Sicilian, red, yellow and green are the basic colors, and the jacks (fanti) are women (donne).
