2/3 cup sugar
1tbsp instant coffee
2tbsp hot water
1/4 cup oil
1 cup flour
1tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2/3 cup buttermilk
Bake in oven at 180c for 35-45 mins

No, it won't be bitter. I've tried this recipe, so I can tell u that it would taste a bit like black coffee and its very delicious. U can definitely try it!!!

nitiksha singh you can use curd oryx milk with a tbsp of vinegar.... when we use baking soda in the recipe we need something sour to activate the baking soda

Ur recipes were outstanding..whenever am baking a cake top layer is sticky and moist ..can u suggest me what am doing wrong and if I keep the cake few more mins to bake..bottom is becoming dark...
All you need is to preheat the cooker perfectly! If the temperature inside is well set, the baking comes out perfect.

Anything instead of butter milk???
Take 1 cup of luke warm milk and add 1 tbsp of lemon juice/ white vinegar into it and rest it for 10 minutes. Then you can use it .👍👍
