ടെസ്റ്റ്‌ കഴിഞ്ഞിട്ട് നാല് മാസം ആയി ലൈസൻസ് കിട്ടിയില്ല.. കേവേലം ലൈസൻസ് കൊടുക്കാൻ കഴിവില്ലാത്തവരുടെ തള്ള്.
