Why choose Galaxy over iPhone for recording a real piano(No external microphones needed)

Hi piano enthusiasts! I typically rely on VSTs for recording and playing pianos, as it offers the best results with minimal cost. However, when it comes to capturing the essence of a real piano, the choice of recording method and sound quality becomes crucial.
I recently secured a piano room to play a 100-year-old Petrof grand piano (manufactured in the 1920s during the Czechoslovakia era). I pondered extensively on achieving optimal sound quality using only my smartphone, without the use of external microphones.
Initially, I attempted recording with my friend's iPhone, but the results were unsatisfactory, sounding rather cheap. While I had assumed iPhones had the best recording quality, my perception changed when I recorded the piano using my Samsung Galaxy S20.
Certainly, one can't expect studio-grade microphone quality, but the recording quality on the Galaxy was surprisingly good, especially considering its convenience. Placing the phone approximately 30 cm away from the grand piano, I recorded the performance in "Pro Video" mode at 4K resolution. Afterward, I added a touch of reverb (Waves H Reverb) and mastered it with Waves L1 Ultramaximizer. The piece performed was one of my compositions, "Hello, December," from my 11th Album.
What do you think of the sound? Quite impressive, isn't it?
If you're looking to record your piano on a budget, I recommend choosing Galaxy over iPhone.
