Nissan Patrol ZD30 GU Y61 NO Fault codes,didn’t START

  • Nissan patrol ZD30 ,engine didn’t start even with out engine fault code,the culprit is the injectors!we replaced the injectors with the japan surplus original!after replacing it,engine starts

    How do you know what injectors to use? As in the letter stamped, how do you tell what ones to use

      difference between zd30 injection pump and injectors are those with the MAF and w/out the MAF some E25 non turbo doesn't have MAF.

      zd30 non turbo their injectors has letter W printed on it,in nissan patrol 2000-2006 T and those super safari are U and Z,in japan G,H in el grand

      then they have difference in injection pump to!4000-4015 non turbo and 4016-4030 for the turbo

    I have a ZD30 DDTI on a nissan terrano, the car is running but low power its not going Over 2700RPM I dont`t know why, any help?

      do you have check engine light while engine running?better scan it first, check your turbo intercooler hoses if no boost leak,or your turbo boost pressure.... how's your MAF voltage!

      @@imeedesu1595 thanks 4 yr reply: there is no engine light, It was not able to scan it I think the software used does not support. it`s there a way of being the Injection pump??? When I turn the car on after long time stopped the RPM keeps bouncing. it only stops when the dash signal (that green and yellow that indicates de 4x4 locked) of the weels become green.

      Check you temperature sensor it will put your car in limp mode

      possible your coolant temperature sensor is faulted,if your rev limits @2k rpm only and white smoke on it!

      @@imeedesu1595 I have changed the temperature sensor, but the car continue to do the same when it`s cool I start the engine the RPM bounces for almost 5min, when the car is Hot it stop and I can acelerate the car fine, but what bother most is that while I am driving or with the car stopped the RPM on aceleration it`s not going Over 3000RPM... My car has a turbo and the turbo it`s fine but I don`t have a turbo valve control I have conected the turbo vaccum line directly to the turbo so the turbo works allways opened. Can the turbo valve selenoid fault make it not to acelerate?? The mechanics here they just suspect the Eletronic injection pump might not working corretcly. I DON`T KNOW WHAT ELSE TO DO. Sorry 4 my englesh not very good
