We had a good feeling about lamps too but this is different u know.
It makes sense. No shade towards Frank but Thomas is a lot more experienced with top clubs like PSG and he is a lot more tactically aware which can hopefully secure a top 4 spot this season.

@@chrisolson84 YES!! Not to mock Lampard's strategy, but Callum would have been waiting on the sides forever and relying alone on his individual skills to pass a player or several just to make a cross when every opposite defender is already inside the box. Cross and pray
calum is very good wheter he plays in the right or in the left !! ( but I liked that gets to shoot more at the goal when he plays on the left )

Just watching him on the touchline says it all about the man... I just couldn't understand why Lampard lacked such passion from the touchline....rather he looked passive.
Please God let him work out long term. He has Klopp mentality I envied for Chelsea to have.
Edited: Didn't expect so many likes but I know that long term never works out with Chelsea and that's the sad thing about Chelsea. They want success but it has to be every season a European trophy or League trophy has to be won. I know that chopping and changing worked over the years but it doesn't mean it's right.

To be fair, he used to be very energetic during the first year. Second year, he looked like a dead man walking on the touchline. After so many behind the scenes stories have come to light, I can understand why he felt underappreciated.
