    Clean off old gasket and debri before installing clutch parts...👍

    Starting fluid used in a two stroke can sometimes cause an explosion/detonation in the crankcase below the piston and blow the crankshaft seal out.

    Always get new collar with new crankseal, and replace the kick-start shaft seal while its off!

    I did this with my bike but now it wont start what should I do it has spark and it drove before I went at it

    Great video 🤘 the seal is backwards tho. The little spring ring faces towards the oil. Like with fork seals.

      The seal is not backwards, he installed it the correct direction

    Great vid mate just picked up a cr 85 2003 and got same problem runs fine but 2t spueing out front of exhaust and smokes like mad but orderd new seals so be doing that when they come thanks

      @@deaconhaydar2959 yh it was just a bit rich i leaned it out abit and put new exhaust gasket on after cleaning it a bit and that sorted it out so thank you mate got seals any way now so when i need to i got em need to check my clutch basket as got tiny bit of drag to it when in gear with clutch in so it will keep me busy i think the last owner said he put new clutch plates in could that be why it drags slightly mate thanks

      @@paulabsolom12302 years later I’m running into the same situation this weeks. I will check float level,reed space , and maybe re jet but crank seal would be last 🫡

    How did you torque down that primary drive nut ? Did you put some locktite on the threads?

    Gotta do my CR80 crank seals. Tons of oil poured out the header pipe lol so i assume its the clutch side seal.
