I just found out I have hypothyroidism. Im in good shape, workout regularly but the struggle to stay awake every day is a struggle. Im constantly tired.
Same here did you find any cure
@@RawStrengthBharat I've been stating away from having too much caffeine and have been trying to regulate my sleep schedule. It seems to help a bit.
I have some days when I am fine, other days when I am mentally tired, and with that I get anxiety as I think I am ill. My doc says my thyriod levels are fine with the medication but I just don't feel mentally awake some times.
I always feel like sleeping...
Great video, interestingly enough, i am losing weight but have all of the hypo symptoms... I do not have an appetite but I am exhausted all the time...waiting on getting results back soon.. thanks!
I have been tired ALL my life!!!
Levothyroxine if you are diagnosed with Hypothyroidism will certainly make a massive impact
Thank you Doctor Lavan!!!!!!
Omg. My hypothyroidism. I can sleep 10 hours straight !!!!
wow.
Yes i can too
I just slept 10 hours was awake for 6 hours and took a 2 hour nap 😢
Please please remove caffeine from your life completely. i know it's hard, especially at the start. Pick a week that you are on holiday because the first 1-2 weeks you will feel extra tired. After that you will feel better. I was on 125mg of levothyroxine and in 3 months of no caffeine i reduced it to 100mg and feel better. Still tired but an improvement nonetheless
Iam having hypothyroid always tiredness dctr ..having eletroxin 75 it's in normal but always tiredness
I think you are wrong. It's so.common to have the fatigue even while on Levothyroxine.
totally agree
I have a underacive thyroid I been told to take 75 mg now it was very low will I feel abit better with them I am so tired the time I get up to going to bed I do have osteoarthritis I have tramadol vfor this I do tired all the time I do have bad concentration to is this normal
Unfortunately Leviothyroxine doesn't fix everything, don't be surprised
Oh dont be a debbie downer
After run 2 times blood test. I got thyroid & Colon Polyps.both make me feel super tired. One time, I sleep for 20 hours. My family think I going to get coma or something. Everydays in my life feel like a cat. Sleep mostly all the time.
I've got congenital under active ..u now have no thyroid on removal ..(years ago). Got bloods Monday again for various checks imc thyroxine levels ..I feel so drained ots unreal . It surely has to be linked . I get tested every 6 months ir so and been on 225 mcg for a few years or more now so no changes accept my recent energy levels dropping dramatically. Can often feel my heart pump which is odd . I do where a fitbit here and there heart rates vary but usually from normal 72bpm to 78 ish. Defendant hiw active I am ..I just feel wiped . When I met my partner 10+ years ago I was on a high dose of 425mcg a day poss 450 one of the 2. ...been getting tidy sleep hours as such. Better than I used to and feel just as tired. It's exhausting . Not checked last 2/3 weeks but before was getting intermittent BP readings high others were more normal . Very odd .
I'm sorry sounds traumatic. I've had it years. I am extremely tiered always
@ElizabethMcDermott-cy4cv I get tired at times yes . But I try to get on with it ..I don't think the tablets will ever be as good as having a functioning thyroid tbh
@@kevinhancock4064 the brand and filler they use really does seem to make a difference
I have every hypothyroid symptom but my TSH was a little low. How?
Check vitamin D
A year before I was diagnosed, my labs came back as normal, but that didn't mean that I wasn't I'll. I just had to wait until it showed up in labs to be given medicine.
Help me I HAVE HYPOTHYROIDISM and I have ALL the symptoms and my doctors NEVER give medications
If this is the case, please sign up to a different medical practice to be treated, and improve your quality if life. Stay safe
@S Troop -Look into Ashwaganda herb. It helps me with my fatigue/tiredness. When I don't take it Im like a sloth.
@Dr. Lavan When these medications are given to patients, is there an exit strategy? Does the thyroid correct itself or do they have to medicate indefinitely?
@@KeishaSalmonArtist Medicate indefinitely.
I can literally sleep for 12 hours or more. Is this associated?
Yes Hypothyroidism is linked to tiredness, and can lead to excessiveness.
