Thats why i advide pelvic therapy after bottom surgery im post op and i went to pelvic therapy 3 months after surgery they help with sweeling scaring also they strech the entrance of the vagina slowly in every session so that u dont have to dilate in the narrow ankel ..thats because they vagina entrance in post op trans still arent so flexible but with pelvic therapy they slowly stretch that skin so that u can diolte and have sexual interaction in a straight ankle not narrow ankel

How many times i have to dilate a day offer surgery and do I have to dilate for the rest of my life??
For me it was 4 times a day for the first 2 months then 3 times for the next 4 now I’m on 2 times a day and my surgeon wants me to keep it up for 12 months. It’s pretty intense not gonna lie some days it’s easy now that I’m 6 months out but a lot of pain, bleeding and lubricant. Psychologically it’s pretty difficult., but it is getting better. It’s still hard but it’s much easier than the first month
