Dang my high school is 7 hours long. And even then my middle school was 8 hours long!
For me 3-4 hours in a school day because of godamn work and on weekends 5-6 hours
Holiday is 6-8 hours
I have a full-time job (forklift driver) I workout, I spend time with my daughter, I eat healthy, and whenever I get done doing "adult" stuff I game. I probably spend 12hrs gaming a week. Lol

Honestly I used to play games at least like 4 hours a day and then I stopped, mainly cuz I had to focus on other things. I found other hobbies, so I was still pretty happy, but for sure, my coordination DROPPED, I was MORE stressed, my socially outgoing personality just STOPPED and I found it harder to understand things at school. Contrary to the popular opinion (from parents) that games drop grades, actually my grades stayed the same after I stopped, if anything my grades dropped. I'm definitely gonna get back into it soon to see what happens, I really hope something happens. Thank you for listening to my TED talk

This probably is going to sound crazy but I honestly can say my motorcycling skills greatly improved when I started gaming more heavily. I honestly think it’s because I have played so many fast-paced FPS style games that noticing things and reacting to them quickly has become second nature with the controller in my hand and transferred over to my clutch and throttle.
