This happened to me this night.
I twisted and rolled for about hour and half, and then realized the same the same thing...I could've leveled up
and then you say "You know what? Fuck it. I'm not gonna fall asleep so i might as well game until I'm tired. AAAAAand its morning."

worse yet, a game like skyrim. just cleared that dungeon, go to return to skyrim. takes 10 minutes to load on that darkish screen. instantly cuts to blinding daylight with the unmistakable screech of a dragon... so now you're blind and fighting a dragon with the wrong weapon because your dragon-specific warhammer was too heavy for your hoarding habit. likewise, you're in your carry weight/single handed weapon elven armor as appose to your two handed/health daedric armor for the same reason. and to top it all off, a deathlord draugr just ripped you a new one by spamming unrelenting force, sending you off a ledge repeatedly and you are out of every healing item...

Sometimes gaming gets old, and when you’re not tired and it’s late at night. You begin to do the stupidest things just to keep you entertained. You walk around, sometimes draw. Anything. You gotta keep doing something. If you can, go to the garage or basement, and if you have something to do, like weights or an exercise bike, DO SOMETHING. If you are a fan of games like Hitman where there’s lots of replay value, do some stuff you were putting off before. In the game, like a frustrating challenge, or if specifically hitman, a seemingly “boring” escalation. Those can be lots of fun. Protip from insomniac gamer.

Fedora Frank That's me lol, I have a 2 story house + basement, and that's where my consoles are. My bedroom however is on the top floor, and by heart's beating so loudly I can't tell the sound of it from the sound of footsteps. It's so tense but absolutely worth it
