I just got over a foot of my hair cut off and mine is to my shoulders too. It takes a while to get used to but just remember if u don't like it it will grow back. I think it looks super cute

I also had long hair my entire life and just 2 years ago got a lob and have kept it ever since. It was the best decision I made. It's youthful and more manageable in my opinion. I think women are brainwashed that long hair makes you look more beautiful? But you are beautiful in any style! 💇♀️💜
