Beautiful airplane. FINALLY an RC mustang model done with tuskeegee style. Blows my mind how one of the most famous if not THE most famous mustang squadron never gets remade by RC companies until now.
The 1700mm is sold out/back ordered everywhere; BUT... the 1450mm is readily available. Not bad if you want to save $200 and you don't have space for the larger bird.

Maybe you can help me. I just got the FMS KINGFISHER 1400 and I'm using the recommended 11.1v 3s 100c 5000 mAh battery. The problem is the center wire on the battery plug prevents it from plugging in more than about 1/16th of an in. Is there an adapter or am I missing something? I've looked HH website and didn't find one. I also contacted their product support team but never heard back. Any suggestions? BTW it's my goal to get good enough to get that v8 Mustang.
Just to add some important informations, a new 4S 2600mah battery e my new P-51 crash. Why? Because I was monitoring the battery voltage with a spektrum AR637T and DX8G2, but when I was coming to land, the plane lost the power few metters from airstrip headboard. Each cell had about 3.8V but no power. Why? As V = R * I, the good voltage was made by high internal battery resistance. As the resistance grown up, the current was reduce inversely proportional. Sad, just in the first flite :-(
I would like to know when FMS will back to send international orders. I crashed my P-511400 two week ago, and I don´t have any replacements parts to fix it.
Sidney eubanks first, don't get this plane as your first rc, I suggest using a simple 4 channel trainer plane to learn. Other than that, it's trial and error

Just bought the big beautiful doll and the one gear retract mount was torqued too much and is broken.
What if this will be your first time to own one and never flown one before. So what would you suggest to learn how to fly why the rc airplanes

@Jose Munoz yes put shims in behind each prop blade on leading edge email wire tie pieces, works great
