I loved this as a kid, but now... now I know that the author of First Blood walked away from this as the script turned into a bloodbath. I'd like to have seen what that film would've become. Of course, in the novel First Blood, Rambo kills himself at the police station at the end. that does make a far more sense and is more realistic. The studio didn't want to end on such a depressing note like it was all for nothing. I can understand. America needed to heal. That doesn't change the fact that it WAS all for nothing. The war, the dead, the traumatized, the violence and destruction that occurs in the film. I'm torn. I'm glad we got more rambo movies tho

Quem não fingia que era o Rambo com arma de madeira quando era criança, nem infância não teve! Eu comprei a faca modelo do Rambo e dei pro meu cunhado, ele tem até hoje.. Muito massa essa época, lembro, nós morávamos no interior, sítio cercado por duas represas, Porto Santana, Paraná Brasil, vínhamos passear na cidade, casa da falecida vó, Laranjeiras do Sul PR Brasil, nós domingo, passava na tv filme do Rambo. Voltava pro sítio encarnado no Rambo hehe,. Q época maravilhosa! Obrigado Stallone por fazer parte da mha infância! Sou muito seu fã.

As far back in 90s we used to go cinema house with #30 -#70 to watch Rambo film....or at times they use to show it on NTA Tv, lts very very interesting film😅
