When my dad started to talk about something liked that me, my sister would stop what we are doing and listen to him, we knew he would told us a good things
The fact that people around the world still learn this poem, shows that the courage of the Light Brigade at Balaclava was not in vain. Their ride into the “Valley of Death” has not been forgotten.
What a lot of love and determination in that small package called LeAnn Tuohy. She is dynamite. A tiger with a heart of gold. Nothing stands in her way to get her cubs launched. Every child deserves a parent like this. Made me cry.

"They're all gonna die" has nothing to do with The Charge of the Light Brigade. It has to do with Michael's background. The other kid could have been a great football player, just like Michael, even better. But he lacked honor and courage, choosing to follow the wrong leader. The guys from Michael's old neighborhood... they're all gonna die.
In real life, Michael AND Collins both graduated in the same year...and both went to Ole Miss, where she became a cheerleader...just FYI. However, it was true that Leigh Ann did copy and paste some random black baby's photo from the internet, then sent it to the school.
Michael made his parents proud with this academic accomplishment. I am an oldest son of parents who never went to high school, never graduated anything. I finished high school on schedule and went on to a B.S. degree from Michigan State. It was very hard but my motivation was to make them proud by doing what they were unable to do. This movie is all about accomplishing difficult tasks by hard work and perseverance. Michael Oher is a real person, so he should inspire others. You can do anything you set your mind to with hard work.
I'm very proud of you Michael Oher. You have both courage AND honor. Your mothers would be proud of you too. Both of them. You've just given me my inspiration for what I want to talk about in this critique of the Blind Side.

All it takes is one person to believe in you. all it takes is one person the listen to you when things just aren't going the way you'd like. All it takes , is one person to have a little bit of faith in you and tell you that . all it takes is just a little bit of extra effort and you can , reach that goal.
I have to respectfully disagree. It takes a whole lot more than a little belief and a little effort. It takes a lot of work to have both courage and honor, everyday in fact, to be the best person you can be. Michael could have given up many a time and succumbed to the criminal gang path, but he did not because he has both courage and honor. It was not easy, but you do not get stronger without a little stress and hard work.
@@dwolfg I think that person means that, to get you on the road to do the hard work, all it takes is for someone to believe in you, so you can believe in yourself. Not everybody has confidence in their abilities. When someone comes along and shows you that they truly believe you are capable, you start the path to believing which turns into the path of work and struggle to get there. Always lift each other up.

When words are music to our ears . . . Michael's essay. Remember your favorite moment in THE BLIND SIDE?
