Being calm is so important. You flow through slower, but at least you don't stumble up by obstacles and run everything through your head at once. Being in flow lets you get to the easier solution more quickly. Like a river, being calm will make the river flow through with no obstacles. Being stressed to become faster is like hitting a boulder in that river.

My record on easy is 52seconds so far on the Sudoku App. But handwritten it would be about 2-3 minutes.
