These clones are supposed to be pure copies of the original. The doctor never hinted or implied that he altered anything in the clones just was trying to map/copy the mind of the person so it’s more likely that the real Tom is also a psychopath.
If she was six months pregnant,he was already poking holes (in condoms to poke her hole) at least five months before the experiment started. So that was for sure no clone thing

Still not totally sure what was going on there either. Maybe she’s a clone of her original self and the doctors made them with a rapid aging system type thing in their DNA or she’s being sedated for weeks at a time and doesn’t realize it.

That could explain the rapid pregnancy as she had to have an accelerated growth and it was still in her body caused the baby to grow faster...if they made clones of the participants to not endanger them (how do you know you are the copy if you don't know you are the copy) to improve the process to clone his wife with a working mind and they just made one to one copies (so he probably took the collected data to reconstruct his wife's mind), maybe made even more copies to check the effect of variables if they tempered a bit.
Why was the second Tom injured as well if he was just sleeping...and knowing she is a clone it would be safer to get another clone where the experiment already failed...but in that case they could have just shot her.
But when they copied everything,I guess the original Tom was already poking holes into the condoms
I took it as a sign that the real Tom was messing with their contraception long before the experiment even began.

From the point when Eve was put to sleep by an injection I believed they are not in reality and the whole test was only played in their mind. It turned out to be a bit more wild.
However, creating adult clones of sy in days is crazy.
That would make sense. That would also explain why her pregnancy drastically changes within the 30 day stay.
