The kitchen is particularly nice, and the bathroom’s good. It’s nice to have in-unit laundry. But that secondary bedroom is so narrow, it looks more like a hallway. As for the living area: I thought at first that was an ample location for a dining table, until you said that’s the living room space. Ample no longer applies. The window views are decent, with all that neighborhood foliage. But the unit is a third floor walk up. And the stairs are incredibly narrow. I wonder what kind of miracle would be necessary in order to move furniture up and into that unit.
Ahhhh, the furniture moving! I had an aunt who lived in Brooklyn - this was in the 50s - who bought a piano that they then couldn't get through the doorways. So-o-o THEY HAD TO TAKE OUT WINDOWS AND HAUL IT UP WITH A ROPE. Even tho my cousin didn't touch it past the mid-60s, Aunt Bobbi - not wanting to go through that solution ever again! - left it in place. I do wonder what the outcome of that was . . . ???

Why on earth would you need a kitchen that is big enough for a house? Very little living room space. All for $3,750 a month.
