  • While buying some wagons at KJB models I noticed they had a second hand A4 that had been weathered. It looked nice although it was DCC but as soon as I got home I swapped the chip for a blanking plug and she runs fine. She certainly looks good in this condition and I may think about the odd one or two of mine.
I had gone to KJB models to buy the last 5 Hornby 7 plank open wagons they had. These were to cut down to make 1, 3 and 5 plank bodies. These too look good and gives a lot more variation to a rake of goods wagons. One day I will probably get around to painting them a wood or grey colour.

The A4 runs really well as soon as I changed it to analogue, thank you.

Hornby is TT:120 is so amazing. Such a shame Accurascale didn’t continue with this because of Hornby 💀 I mean they could’ve just…announced other model but oh well. Guess I’m never getting a Stirling Single

@jxxgames I think you mean Heljan? It was not really due to Hornby it was Heljans own childish attitude using Hornby as an excuse. If they had been serious about it theirs would have been out 8 months ago last year. They used it to just knock Hornby.

Heljan not Accurascale, and they never actually spent more than 15 mins on dropping TT:120 couplings onto a OO 3D image and put it out to get reaction. Heljan were lazy.
