Trying Out Zecchi Watercolors! | The Pros + Cons

- It's 3 months past due but here it is! I'm trying out the Zecchi brand of watercolors!
Abner and I went into Zecchi on our honeymoon and found this little palette of their brand's watercolors. It is forever a fond memory as I strolled through their narrow aisles seeing what was similar to the US and what wasn't.
Although there is a con, the positives are vast! I hope you enjoy!

Nice vedeo! My mom was there today and she bought five colors for me so I can try them out. I am sooo curious now to swatch them and paint something with it when she comes back from vacation!
But in your opinion: these watercolors are as good as the Schmincke watercolors?
Eline Van Dooren in my opinion on application alone, yes. Very smooth and very easy to bloom, wash, etc. What colors did you get?? I’m interested in how you like them!

Anch'io abito vicino Firenze Vanessa. Io li ho provati e molti di questi colori hanno tinte davvero belle e tengono testa a quelli delle migliori marche professionali per intensità e pigmentazione. Quelli al miele in godet. Quelli in tubo invece te li sconsiglio, sono meno pigmentati, di diversa formulazione, di più bassa qualità.

So glad you liked it, Eve! I consider myself to still be very new to watercolors as well. There are SO many people who go in depth when they purchase, swatch, demo but this was all I could do based on my skill level. Haha!
