    working in the US is tough...was surprised to handle 6 to 7 patients and no aids at all...and asks you to work in other department(pulled out)...am i safe to work in this kind of environment? am i risking my license? i know being a nurse i should be flexible or can work in any dept( i just dont have an experience being pulled out).
    lucky enough that i have worked in 2 different countries with far advanced technology so i didnt struggle that much...
    just saying...

    Here in Ghana 🇬🇭 the ratio is 1 nurse to 18 patients so obviously it will easier in the usa
