Are LED bulbs any good as far as brightness compared to original bulbs.

LEDs are typically brighter and whiter color (higher Kelvin scale)

@@4tomclark , but generally NOT recommended to put LED's in housings not designed for them.

They burn brighter, but don't last as long. They also draw more amps. Could cook you pigtail.
