- 1. Separate studying into chunks. Studying for long periods is very difficult so I break up the total time into smaller blocks of time. For example, I will study 3 hours in the morning, 3 in the afternoon, and 2 at night for a total of 8.
2. Mix difficult tasks with easier ones in
between. Since some tasks are inherently more taxing than others, separate difficult ones with easier passive studying (like notetaking, flashcards, or watching educational videos). You'll get less burnt out and exhausted.
3. Take longer breaks. A lot of the time people recommend 5-10 minute breaks but on days when I study for 8 hours I will take 15 minute long breaks and sometimes even 30 minutes if I'm feeling very tired. The key thing is endurance, so don't feel bad if you need a longer break to re-energize yourself.
4. Use physical movement and screen time breaks, I try to read during my study breaks and go for a long walk between study sets. This gets my body moving instead of sitting so long, and the fresh air energizes me. Also, reading rests my eyes after staring at a screen for almost an hour.
5. Work up to 8 hours. If you are not used to sitting that much or focusing for such a long time, it is best to work up to 8 hours. Along with breaking the 8 hours into smaller chunks. start with a smaller goal, like 4 hours, and gradually build up to longer study days when your discipline and endurance is stronger.

1.. before school study easy subject.
2..after school take rest for 5 minutes and try to remember what you studied at school

What I find really affective is ruling out which subjects are the hardest for me and the easiest.
For example:
Let’s say I have finals on science, math, and history on Monday.
Saturday and Sunday would usually be when I start studying and I will study the subjects I have the hardest time with.
Then I will ask myself “How long will it take me to retain this information?”
And then I set an approximate time that it will take me to complete the task.
So let’s say 2 hours for Science, 1 hour for History, and 1 hour and 30 mins for math.
Last I split these subjects up into certain times during the day (morning, afternoon, evening)
And take lots of breaks!
As a topper with 98 percent in 8th [ICSE] I say that i honestly don't study for 1 hr seriously but what benifits me is mild attentiveness in class and night study
I'm a topper too ( icse now isc 12th ) and in 8th you can be a topper with being attentive in class and some revision but when you come to 11th or 12th class if you wanna take isc board, do add more time for your revision because trust me 10th is nothing infront of 12th boards 😊 just an advice ❤

1. Use pomodora method
(For example if your going to study, keeo it for 35 minutes studying and the 5 minutes for exercising your brain, learning new languages, adopting new habits etc. The main idea is to be productive during the break)
2. When writing use blurting method (it worked for me idk abt you guys though. When your gonna re-read your notes don't just read it try to write it so you could remember properly, after reading go do something that wakes your mind and let the information digest and come back take a sheet of paper write everything you remember and check your notes for the missing lines that you've left follow this until you could remember everything)
3. Make sure to give your brain some exercise so that the blood circulation will be great and you could grasp everything you study

TBH I study 10 hours a day.. I wake up at 3:30 and get freshen up till 4:00am and now i sit to study ngl but my concentration at that time between is really cool and i study till 9 :00 am with 30 min break in between
And then get up and eat breakfast and do household chores as i leave alone till 12:00 i am done with everything
From 12:30 i start studying again with some fruits till 4:00
And at 4:00 i go to bed for afternoon sleep
At 6:00 i woke drink tea and revise all the concept and make notes till 8:00 and then i have dinner and till 10 : 30 i make mindmaps so that i am clear with everthing and then go to bed at 12:00
Its an really easy routine for me and for u aswell u might think its difficult but trust me its easy as i take longer breaks in between❤
