    truth being told, you'll be extremely exhausted mentally and emotionally if you keep studying for 12-16 hours daily for over a span of 2 months. Some people are built like that but nope most people will feel suffocated from within. Like man your dopamine receptors will dry out like that and at one point you'll burnout and you'll need a week off just to heal. "When the high runs out, downfall is inevitable". Trust me, long study hours on a consistent basis aren't worth it. (Perhaps it may be granted in a case where you have an ongoing exam wave and you really need to crank everything up, that's fair then)

If you can learn in less time then enjoy your free time and if you need more time then give more time. Remember everyone is unique. Don't compare yourself with others but your own past self that how much you have improved.

      And yeah , also you can see that in the end if you want to be an engineer or a doctor or etc , in the world there is always an extra field of that subject
      Like :- in biology if you become a doctor and want to be an MS then there are many 100 types of surgeons for each part of the body for each condition of the age .
      And if maths and in engineering , their are also many types of engineer and also in future this rate is going to be increase
      So you decide , you want to work on your strength or weakness, because not everyone can learn everything
      Because this is not just a cosplay of any movie , it is life , and we also don't know if there are any other lives or not like mythology said or just ones ,

    My daughter is also preparing for NEET and her dad is like u have to study for 18 hours a day to be the topper....he was against her wasting anytime on exercise which she used to do to keep her free of allergic sneezing....she used to fall sick every month due to the allergy she had...I told her to exercise and told my husband that any time dedicated to exercise is never a waste of time and now she is happy and free of allergy without medication and also able to prepare well for her exams...parents must understand that if a child is not healthy, she can never perform well in her studies...i m glad that i stood by her

    I calculated ideal sleep hours where you'll not waste time in sleep, and you'll get sufficient sleep. It's 6 hours in night and 45 minutes nap in the afternoon after lunch, means approximately 7 hours a day, It'll take time to adapt for your body, but it's ideal time for people who don't do hardcore workout or havy work, and for people who do havy workout, hours of sleep can vary.

      We need at least 6-7 hrs sleep in a stretch for body cycles to complete. So its dangerous for your body to sleep less than that for prolonged periods

    • @ashwanikumarpasi5152
      @ashwanikumarpasi5152 Před 2 lety +5

      @@ojusgoel4826 It depends on person to person and individual's life style, there are people who's sleep cycle is 4 hours and they feel energetic and the other hand there are people whom sleep cycle is 8 hours yet they feel sleepy. I calculated this time by observing our saints and recommended time by them, by observing sleep cycle of great people in modern era and by observing great people mentioned in our Shastras. 6 to 6.30 hours in stretch is an ideal time, atleast statistics say that. One can go beyond that limit but it depends on age, recovering ability of body and the activity one does.

      i actually went in gave my accountancy board exam (which is am extremely practical subject and you need practice for it) WITH ZERO SLEEP🤣💀 and FYI - it went amazing. But i was also used to pulling up nighters so much, it wasn't really an experiment. I did the little bit theory part in last moment and it was worth it. I came back and slept right after for like 6 hours straight.
      I don't do all nighters anymore and i get my sleep, but if you asked me a year ago on my board exam if 4 hours ago was enough or no, I'd say it was MOREE THAN ENOUGH. Lmfaoo.
      Yes but i do not recommend if you're subject is theory based like from humanities streams + if you're pulling an all nighter for the first time, on board exams DON'T DO IT. More chances of you blacking out.
      So the bottom line is, study consistently for short periods throughout the year. You can't do whole year? Fine. Even like 6 hours just 3 months before boards is fine. Get your 8 hours sleep kids!
