Bruh, what the hell? Mock is at least a top 10 monster of the game. His intelligence moves are busted af and sweep opponents as soon as the match starts? And you don't have to choose use his first move? And how can you say he is bad when he's so good raising his int unlike lot of monsters? And as a top 5 mon Mock has a really long life span for when you're playing which is just busted. Also why didn't you talk about how good Mock's leaf cannon is? It wipes through S rank matches without a problem when you invest in skill, which isn't a problem for Mock, one of the top 3 monsters of the game. You're just bad at monster rancher you can’t get Mock to work. Also Mock is really good at getting greats while training which increases stats a lot so I can't see how you can just say he's bad like that at all when he's clearly top 1 monster in the game. I am give dislike and unsubsidized!
He's not talking about raising a monster casually: IE doing anything that isn't competitive PvP.
You can get any spread of stats on any monster, and it's possible to legitimately raise any monster to full 999 in every single stat without cheating. Lifespan, ease of training and stat growth are irrelevant. Mock is bad competitively because of the very specific rulesets they apply to competitive PvP, poor options for available passives like Grit and the fact that his movepool lacks significant tools to deal with monsters that aren't full tanks.

I raised the Pole Mock with Energy Steal once for fun. I called it 5G Tower.
My Joker named Jesta recently got injured in battle and died the next day, marking my first ever monster death and the first time I discovered Mock. I was excited to learn about this monster since I unlocked it blind, then I watched this video... Granted, I dont play competitively, but I might consider making early use of that magic pot sitting in my inventory...
By the way, your videos are great in helping me learn about the monsters and the game. I look forward to seeing you review them all!

My first ever monster in the competitive scene was an Ebony in an all 311 stats tournament. It went very poorly.

Mock has to be my top favorite monsters in monster rancher 2. Mock's design and mock sub breed were sooo awesome so its upsetting he never returns in later games with more fleshed out techs. It was actually hype unlocking mock for the first time and seeting this haunted tree appear, it was sick. Gotta love the Mock!

Cool monster but just thrown in the dumpster. Bad stat gains coupled with weak move pool just makes it a hard pass.
I guess that's why they didn't bother to bring it into the newer monster ranchers. Sad because it was a cool concept. It's more interesting than Plant but oh well I guess.
