Another informative video using one of the more obscure features of SU. I’ll be honest, I’d be interested to get your take on modelling your typical higher end office chair. 5 leg, gas shock, arms and the main part... the organic seat and back shapes.

Thank you , it is very useful to generate any perspective from any house view taken as a jpg

I haven't really used that one - I think all it does is adds a guide point on your screen, which gives you something you can inference to. Thanks!

Will this work in SU 17 make?

Thanks for sharing. This is a great demo on how an architect might model a neighbourhood to set the ambience for a new build. Today, however, it would not be done by chogging along public pathways, but by drone, avoiding flora. If I can in inference correctly, your new drone is gathering dust in your cupboard back home, right?Anyway, looking at the bigger picture of modelling the world, would I be correct in assuming Google developed SketchUp as a wiki.to populate Google Earth? Then later they discovered they could do the job more reliably using satellite imagery and AI and dropped SketchUp like a hot potato. Here is a final thought, if AI could do what you did mechanically today, why not build it into SketchUp Pro, Trimble?

Lol - I didn't take the drone with me on the trip, if that's what you mean. Also, remember that a lot of the time using a drone is more intrusive than just snapping a photo (while they're quiet, they're not that quiet), and honestly, I can get enough information from this to model out the building with textures if I chose. That said, it would be a better way to get uninterrupted images for sure. Thanks!
